Returns and Exchanges Policy

Special order items that are customized with embroidery or printed text, are non-returnable or exchangeable. All designs are shipped only after customer approval, therefore, only items that are damaged or defected may be returned for replacement items. Items damaged due to the customer’s negligence may not be returned.

There is a 21 day time limit on returns. You must initiate a request for a return by taking a picture of the defect and sending it to info@brekkensembroidery.com. Please include a contact phone number.

The item you are returning or exchanging must not have been worn and should not show any signs of wear.  Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for any and all returns and exchanges.  If you send us something back that is visibly worn, we will send it back to you and charge you for return shipping.  

The only way that we can accept any item for return or exchange is if they are still in brand new condition. We will do everything possible to make your buying experience a fantastic one!
